Heather K. Gray is a 2002 graduate of the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Heather came to Tate Law Group after spending 16 years as a Deputy District Attorney for Riverside County. Heather has handled all types and severity of criminal law matters including Domestic Violence, Restraining Order Violations, Driving Under the Influence, Burglary, Robbery, Assaultive Crimes, Crimes Against Children and all manner of Narcotics related offenses.
As a former prosecutor, Heather is an extremely competent advocate and accomplished trial attorney. Heather’s focus within the District Attorney’s office was on collaborative courts, starting both the mental health and substance abuse programs for Southwest Riverside County. These programs required a blend of both compassion and compromise in order to achieve the best possible outcome for all involved parties. Heather also spent many years in the charging division of the District Attorney’s office, reviewing police reports and determining charges and allegations. She knows the value of case and the best method to take for the right outcome.
Heather has been involved in the local community for years, assisting in local high school Mock Trial Competitions and youth sports. A native of Riverside, Heather has a blended family of three children and understands firsthand the impact of divorce on children and the need to put their best interests first. Heather is a tireless advocate for everyone impacted by family law matters.
