Sharon L. Tate was admitted to the California State Bar in 1997 and has spent most of her career as a trial attorney, handling family law matters, personal injury litigation, and general civil litigation.

Leslie Williams attended San Diego State University and received a Bachelor of Arts in English and African American Studies. In 2008, Leslie returned to school and earned a Paralegal Certificate from the ABA approved program at El Camino College.

Kati Russell has been with Tate Law Group since February 2019. She enjoys the challenging aspects and all of the learning opportunities that come with it. Kati enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and going to the beach.
Liz is currently a part-time student at Palomar College pursuing a Liberal Arts degree and Paralegal Studies certification. She has been a part-time staff member here at the Tate Law Group since August 2018. She currently maintains client files for paralegals and attorneys.
Lauren has been with the Tate Law Group since 2016 and assists with handling case files from start to finish for both paralegals and attorneys. During the school year, Lauren is a college student at California State University, San Marcos where she is working on completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development.
